Jonathan
The founder of Tannenbaum Tutors, Jonathan has helped over 600 students prepare for a standardized test or exam in school and has a reputation for helping students ace the SAT, ACT, ISEE, SSAT, SHSAT, or GRE, and for helping them get A's in their academic classes.
Amanda
Amanda graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brandeis University, where she earned a B.A. in Education Studies, with minors in History and Near Eastern Judaic Studies. She holds a master’s degree in Childhood and Special Education from Fordham University, where she was part of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
Kassandra
Kassandra graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbia University, where she earned a B.A. in education and psychology, and went on to earn an ESL-teaching certification from Cambridge University and a master’s degree in cognitive science from the Ecole Normale Superieure.
Joss
Joss holds a B.A. with distinction and an M.A. from Stanford University. As an undergraduate, he majored in Music Composition, and as a graduate student, he earned a Master’s degree in Music, Science, and Technology.
Mackenzie
Mackenzie graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in Biomedical Engineering and an MS in Mechanical Engineering.
Gerry
Gerry is a highly dedicated educator and admissions consultant with almost thirty years of instructional experience. His expertise includes teaching American and Ancient history at prestigious independent schools such as Horace Mann and Fieldston.
Kevin
Kevin graduated Cum Laude from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Biophysics. He specialized in Neuroscience, Computational Biology, and Bioinformatics. At Duke, he held positions as a research associate and data scientist working on cancer research in Oncology and Neuro-Oncology labs.
Kaitlin
Kaitlin is a senior at Northwestern University, majoring in Psychology and Mathematical Methods for Social Sciences with a focus in statistical analysis. She has been tutoring for 7 years, and she often works with students needing support in math and science.
Duncan
Duncan majored in English at Brown University, where he graduated with honors in nonfiction writing. His love of mentorship stretches back to his early years in high school, when he founded a Writing Fellow program with 20 fellows in order to help them with their academic writing skills.
